Cilantro Pesto | From Naked Nutrition by Amy Choate and Annie Miller 1 cup raw sunflower seeds 2 bunches cilantro, bottom stem removed; keep the part of the stem with the leaves 1 Tbsp nutritional yeast (optional) Place all ingredients in food processor with the “S” blade. Process until smooth, but with some chunks of sunflower. Adjust to taste with salt and honey. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Eat with flat bread, as a salad topping, or on raw crackers.
