FEVERFEW - Painkiller, Headaches, Migraines and more

Feverfew (Tanacetum parthenium) a member of the daisy family,  is sometimes called wild chamomile. It grows alongside roads and near wooded areas.  The round stem is adorned with small white flowers and yellow-green leaves.  In the summer, the stems may reach a height of about three feet and are topped with yellow flowers with tight-bunched tubular florets surrounded by creamy white petals.

To forage Feverfew, it is best to harvest it when it is in full bloom, in late summer. Cut the stems about one-third of the way down and hang them upside down in a paper bag in a cool, dry location. The herbs should be dry enough after a few weeks.

During the 1600s, feverfew was a common remedy for migraines and headaches. Used regularly, feverfew reduces migraine frequency and severity even when no other remedy has been effective.  The 1700s saw its use for everything, from opium overdose recovery to the treatment of fevers. It was also used to help with digestive issues, childbirth, alcohol withdrawal, sciatica, and mild depression.

Pain was one of the things it helped with – no matter what the source was. Since then, feverfew has been studied extensively to understand how it works.

There is evidence that it reduces inflammation, relieves spasms, dilates blood vessels, reduces fever, and migraines, arthritis, toothaches, and period pain.

Recipe - You will need:

  • A small glass jar (4 ounces) with a lid
  • A brown glass bottle with a dropper for tinctures
  • Dried feverfew, at least 2 oz
  • 80 proof Alcohol, enough to fill the jar (e.g. vodka)
  • Fine strainer or cheesecloth

1.      Place dried feverfew in the jar, packing it well to allow for more space.

2.     Once the jar is just over halfway full, pour alcohol over it gently, all the way to the top of the jar.

3.     Seal the lid and shake it or mix everything together with a spoon before sealing it.

4.     date on the jar so you know when you prepared it and place it in a cool dark place for the next 4-6 weeks.

5.     The tincture is ready after 4-6 weeks.  Strain it and pour it into a tincture bottle.

(Brown glass tincture jars protect the contents from sunlight, extending their effects for years.)

Mark the tincture bottle to indicate what’s inside, and when to use it.

How to Use

Put a few drops under your tongue whenever you feel pains, aches, or fevers coming on.  If the bitter taste bothers you, you can add it to your food or drink to mask it. If you need more, increase your dose up to two full droppers twice a day.

ONION JUICE FOR IMPROVED EYE HEALTH AND VISION

Tests show that topical ONION JUICE improves corneal aging changes through its direct effect, and indirectly through lowering IOP (intraocular pressure) and enhancing tear secretion.

The eye is a vital organ and is our window to the outer world, thus deteriorating its functions due to aging significantly harms the daily lifestyle of the aged people.  It consists of highly specialized tissues to provide the ability of precise vision.  The cornea is a part of our eye that is characterized by being transparent and avascular; serving many functions by acting as an anterior light refractive surface, protective blocking structure for the majority of ultraviolet rays and also providing a mechanical barrier against infections.

Aging process leads to structural alterations in the visual system affecting the corneal epithelium, stroma and endothelium. These changes affect the corneal ability for light refraction and increase the eye vulnerability to infection. These aging changes of the cornea mainly include increased corneal epithelial permeability and gradually decreased corneal endothelial cell number leaving the cornea at risk for hypoxic stress.

In addition, irreversible age-induced endothelial cell loss affects the corneal hydration state. This leads to fluid accumulation and corneal edema losing the corneal transparency.

Also, age is contributed to diminished levels and composition of tears secretion by the lacrimal gland leading to loss of homeostasis of the ocular surface that induces tear film instability and hyperosmolarity, and finally inflammation of the ocular surfaces.

Grate an onion, then squeeze juice out using a clean, thin white cloth. Put two grams of onion juice and 2 grams of honey into a sterile dropper bottle. Put 2 drops into eyes 2 times per day. This is a very effective remedy for immature cataract. It resolves the already coagulated protein fibers as well as prevents further coagulation.

COVID and POST-COVID VACCINE SYNDROME

The World Council of Health, under the WHO (World Health Organization), issued recommendations for Long Covid and Post Covid-19 Vaccine Syndrome (pCoVS)- - which both manifest symptoms similar to chronic fatigue syndrome.

Remedies listed from the World Council of Health (plus suggested alternates):

· Vitamin C 500 mg twice daily (consume with foods high in Vitamin C)

· Vitamin D 4,000 IU per day (daily sun exposure, builds immune system)

· NAC 600 mg twice daily (consume with foods high in NAC like sunflower seeds and legumes)

· Ivermectin (or substitute the herb Sweet Annie- Artemisia annua)

· Quercetin 600 mg twice per day (fresh fruits and vegetables, capers, red onions, dark cherries, berries, and grapes are all high in Quercetin).

· Zinc 40 mg per day (consume with foods high in zinc i.e., pomegranate, raspberries, guavas, bilberry, legumes, corn and pumpkin seeds).

· Magnesium rich foods like spinach, pumpkin seeds, avocados, cashews, whole grains, legumes, raw cacao in hot water with honey.

· Aspirin (substitute with white willow bark)

· Antihistamines (try Brigham tea, or green tea)

· Steroids (substitute with licorice root powder).

· Melatonin 2-10 mg at bedtime (tryptophan is a precursor of melatonin and also sunlight penetrates the skin and stimulates the mitochondria in all the cells to produce melatonin)

· Spices, curcumin (turmeric), milk thistle, pine needles, dandelion, selfheal, neem  or Dr. Christopher’s VRL formula.

Even though a person has no energy, exercise was shown to reduce mortality by 27% at just 20 minutes three times per week.

The World Council for Health currently recognizes the following 8 categories of pCoVS complications (side effects):

Cardiac Complications: myocarditis, heart attack or heart failure, etc.

2.    Neurological Complications: memory loss, dementia, encephalitis, Parkinson’s Disease, Guillian Barre Syndrome, etc.

3.    Haematological Complications: blood clots, thrombocyteopenia, lymphoma, etc.

4.    Vascular Complications: thrombosis, stroke, pulmonary embolism

5.    Immune System Complications: autoimmune diseases, infections

6.    Reproductive Health Complications: adverse pregnancy outcomes, heavy periods, post-menopausal bleeding, infertility

7.    Cancer Complications: breast cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, brain cancer

8.    Congenital Complications: diseases/abnormalities present from birth

Doctors and scientists at the forefront of pCoIS research think that Covid-19 vaccine side effects may be caused by:

· The injected viral gene (nucleic acids), which gives our body the “recipe” to make the spike protein.

· The spike protein itself, and/or

· Other substances in the injection (adjuvants, excipients, or contaminants).

BIOSCANS FOR A HOLISTIC PICTURE INTO YOU!

DO YOU NEED HELP WITH YOUR HEALTH?

ARE YOU FRUSTRATED WITH WHAT YOU HAVE GOTTEN FROM YOUR HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS?

DO YOU WANT A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO HEALING AND TAKE PERSONL RESPONSIBILITY?

I have been a Holistic Healthcare Practitioner and health educator for over 30 years.  In the 1990's I used several different intake (assessment) tools to gather information in order to select foods, minerals, nutrients, herbs, essential oils, therapies and thought-processes that would help my clients to find healing (15-page intake forms, graphs, Iridology, Hair Analysis, Body Talk, etc).  Each required a minimum of 2 visits and many hours (on my part) to help find answers.  But then I learned about BioScans - using a biocommunication tool - - the Elite system by ZYTO!   I've been able to help people in many states in the past 13 years and it has been more than amazing!

ZYTO technology facilitates biocommunication by allowing a conversation to take place directly between a computer and a human body.  The process is called a bio-survey (BioScan).  A bio-survey is not intended to be diagnostic or to identify or treat diseases according to how it was approved through the FDA.  The closest clinical comparison is a health history and nutrient selection.  Multiple BioScans over a period of time give an excellent health history as they find foods, herbs, essential oils, behaviors, therapies and thought processes that bring balance and healing to the body.

Clients place their hands on the hand cradle that is connected to the computer with ZYTO software.  The computer asks a question by sending a signal to the patient, called a virtual stressor.  Upon receiving the signal the patient’s body will respond, measured as a shift in GSR (galvanic skin response) and a positive or negative response is recorded. ZYTO software records and analyzes this data and displays it in a way that is understood by the technician or health educator.

I have access to nearly 100 companies who produce health products, plus I have scanned-in 150 items (including sunshine, walking, lemon juice, diatomaceous earth, clay, etc) to test against each client.  Their bodies choose (using the technology) items that create an environment of homeostasis to bring balance and healing.  I am not financially connected to any companies nor do I sell products, so I can remain unbiased in any selection.

I also like to run Foods Scans - to help clients to know which foods are resonating positively, and which foods to avoid at that particular time.

The report comes to the client through email - and it is extremely complete - with more information than most people will need (or understand).  I help them read the results and help them know where to find the products that they choose to use.

To initiate a Nutritional Health BioScan text me your Name, Birth date, email and what you are currently struggling with and wanting help with to 480-296-4699.  Some people prefer to mail me a hair sample that allows me to run scans from a distance.  I do all in my power to help every client find answers that lead to improvement in their lives.

During ZYTO's development stage, results were compared to other energetic systems.  Techniques and validation were near one hundred percent.  These results indicate that BioCommunication provides reliable information from which a health professional can build diagnostic and therapeutic strategies for each individual patient.

I never interfere with what Doctors are having their patients do, but I do provide more "pictures" to allow clients to make their health decisions.  Health outcomes are almost always enhanced when BioCommunication becomes an integral part of the data gathering process.

COVID VACCINATION SIDE EFFECTS...  how to chelate (remove) toxic effects of the vaccine   and replace your PROTECTION with your own      IMMUNE RESILIANCE

from The Epoch Times

How to Detoxify and Heal From Vaccinations

QUOTE: Detoxing from vaccines is a process without a definite timeline. Think of it as an ongoing journey. Toxin accumulation, especially heavy metals like mercury, can take a long time to remove from the body. Vaccine toxins can be cumulative, building up with each vaccination, adding to the toxin load we acquire from the enormous amount of environmental toxins we encounter every day.

If you've been vaccinated and suffer from serious vaccination damage, you're best off living a lifestyle that promotes detoxification for the rest of your life.

The truth is, you may never be able to dispel all of the toxins that have caused the damage. Living the healthiest possible lifestyle may be your only way to live symptom-free. But then again, to one degree or another, this is true for everyone.

Clearing the vaccine injury with HERBS, DETOX THERAPIES, NATUROPATHIS and HOMEOPATHIC remedies is an option. The time between the beginning of the protocol and full recovery is dependent on the severity of the damage, the length of time the damage has been severe, and the amount of suppressive therapy that was administered (pharmaceuticals). All pharmaceuticals will need to be flushed from the body, and the damage they caused must be healed as well.

CILANTRO - eat fresh or take capsules.  Pile  your tacos with cilantro and onions v.s. lettuce.  Cilantro binds to toxins, pulling them out of the body through the digestive track.

A HEALTHY DIET OF FRESH FOODS (foods in season) - that your body recognizes as immune stimulators.  Take sugar out of your diet!  Sugar weakens your immune system (it's a lie as far as nutrition goes...as you may feel satisfied, but it has negative nutrition value, feeding cancer cells, unhealthy adipose tissue and blood sugar imbalances).

MILK THISTLE - Helps the liver (major detoxifying organ) to work and even to regenerate.  With 2 blood supplies, the liver works constantly to pull toxins from our bodies.

TURMERIC - Curcumin in Turmeric stimulates bile production by the gallbladder - - which eliminates toxins in the liver and rejuvenates cells that break down harmful compounds.

DIATOMACEOUS EARTH (D.E.) - from earth beds of ancient crustacean animals shells finely pulverized.  There is a food grade D.E. that can be added to water and taken internally.  It has a negative chemical charge, thus it bonds to impurities and pulls them from the body.  It also provides calcium and minerals to offset heavy metals, while building bones and helping with pH balance.

ASHWAGANDHA  Strengthening Herb

Withania somnifera

Common names: Winter cherry, Indian Ginseng

Parts Used: root mainly, leaf and berries can also be used

Plant Properties: Adaptogen, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anxiolytic, aphrodisiac, immunomodulator, cardioprotective

Plant Uses: Fatigue, Emaciation, Reproductive health, Hypothyroid, Insomnia, Longevity, Low libido, Degenerative diseases, Anxiety, Asthma, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Insulin resistance, Heart (elderly)

Ashwagandha has been used for thousands of years in Ayurvedic medicine and is becoming more popular in the west due to its unique mix of strengthening and calming benefits. It is a safe and powerfully rejuvenating herb (adaptogen) that will benefit people faced with the chronic health problems created by stresses of both the diet and lifestyles of modern society.   Ashwaganda can be translated to mean “it gives you the strength of a stallion”.

Ashwagandha is a small bush, which grows to about two feet and prefers semi-arid conditions. It is native to arid areas in India and can also be easily cultivated.  If you can grow tomatoes, then you can probably grow ashwagandha, as they need a similar climate.

Ashwagandha Benefits

The first writings about ashwagandha benefits are in Ayurveda texts from roughly 3,000 - 4,000 years ago. Ayurveda classifies ashwagandha as a rasayana - - the Supreme Raysana!. A rasayana is an herb that deeply rejuvenates and promotes longevity.  Rasayanas are especially revered for bringing health into the elder yearsIt is used in all conditions of weakness and tissue deficiency in children, the elderly, those debilitated by chronic diseases, those suffering from overwork, lack of sleep or nervous exhaustion.  It is predominantly used as a strengthening and rejuvenative tonic for all forms of weakness, fatigue, convalescing, and wasting.  It also works for many people with autoimmune conditions and arthritis.

Calming, Sleep Promoting

Ashwagandha root is an adaptogen herb, especially alluring in its ability to both strengthen and calm the nervous system. Taken over time ashwagandha can build up emaciated tissues, decrease a negative response to stress and increase energy levels.  Adaptogen herbs assist the adrenals to calm and to strengthen

Ashwagandha works as a sedative which supports healthy sleep cycles.  Its species name is somnifera which refers to its use to support sleep.  Rather than think of it as an herb for acute insomnia, it is something that is taken over time to restore nervous system health and restore healthy sleep cycles

Ashwaganda root is sometimes called the ginseng of India. But while some adaptogens, like ginseng, may be overstimulating to people with anxiety, ashwagandha excels at decreasing anxiety and soothing the nervous system.

Consider it for people with anxiety as well as people with debilitating exhaustion who don’t need stimulants but instead need deep rest.

It is wise to use it when there are signs of exhaustion especially when those are accompanied by sleep problems like chronic insomnia.

Reproductive Health

Ashwagandha root is famously used to support both sexual desire and fertility in both men and women. While it probably does this in many ways that we will never fully understand, think of it as nourishing the vital essence.  When used for women, Ashwagandha can be paired with Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus), another Ayurvedic herb specific for women’s health.

While ashwagandha root can be used for both sexes, it has been long used for promoting sexual health in men and can be used specifically for spermatorrhea.  While Ashwagandha can serve as an aphrodisiac in stimulating libido in both men and women, it is even more valuable when thought of as an herb that builds semen potency as well.

Brain and Cognitive Function

Ashwagandha root has been shown to improve cognitive function in young men.  In a trial 20 men were given ashwagandha daily and had cognitive tests done before and after a two-week regimen. After two weeks they showed significant improvements in cognitive ability.  The indication here is that the use of Withania somnifera can bring significant changes in neurological baseline functions, with the postulation that it can be applied clinically in prevention, and possibly repair, of central nervous system disorders.  Natural Medicine Journal

Not many tests have been done using ashwagandha in humans; however, this small study makes one wonder how ashwagandha might help preventing or slowing Alzheimer's disease. The authors of this study hypothesize that ashwagandha may prevent or possibly repair central nervous system disorders.

Heart / Cardiovascular Health

Ashwagandha helps to protect the heart from age-related illness. It can be combined with arjuna bark (Terminalia arjuna) which is a famous herb for the heart from Ayurveda.

Immune System and Against Cancer

Ashwagandha root is an immunomodulation herb that can support the health of the immune system. It is often used for people who have immune system disorders such as HIV or chronic infections as well as for those who tend to get every upper respiratory virus that comes their way.  Cancer specialist and herbalist Donald Yance says he uses ashwagandha as an immunomodulating herb with his cancer patients during and after chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery. The immune-modulating activities of ashwagandha have been well researched and are significant.  In his book, Adaptogens in Medical Herbalism, Donald Yance cites a study with 77 breast cancer patients that concluded: “Ashwagandha is useful against cancer-related fatigue in addition to improving the quality of life in breast cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.”

Degenerative Disease

Ashwagandha root is used for a variety of degenerative, wasting and chronic diseases, including arthritis, Tuberculosis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue. Because it builds tissue and supports overall health it can help people regain their strength.

Herbalist David Winston and Steven Maimes writes in their book Adaptogens that Ashwagandha has been shown to be directly beneficial for people with hypothyroidism and insulin resistance and diabetes

Dosage suggestions

Powder:   10-30 grams daily

Extract:    in a 1:1 extract take 2-8 mL per day.

Ashwagandha can be taken as a single herb; however, it is often formulated (added to other herbs).  It blends well with Black Pepper.

Ashwagandha is considered safe with no known toxicity within normal dosage amounts. Animal studies have shown abortifacient properties when taken in extremely large dosages, so many sources will recommend not using ashwagandha during pregnancy. Ayurveda, however, regularly uses ashwagandha during pregnancy and even uses it to prevent miscarriage.  Side effects may include increasing the sedative effects of barbiturates.
