ONION JUICE FOR IMPROVED EYE HEALTH AND VISION

Tests show that topical ONION JUICE improves corneal aging changes through its direct effect, and indirectly through lowering IOP (intraocular pressure) and enhancing tear secretion.

The eye is a vital organ and is our window to the outer world, thus deteriorating its functions due to aging significantly harms the daily lifestyle of the aged people.  It consists of highly specialized tissues to provide the ability of precise vision.  The cornea is a part of our eye that is characterized by being transparent and avascular; serving many functions by acting as an anterior light refractive surface, protective blocking structure for the majority of ultraviolet rays and also providing a mechanical barrier against infections.

Aging process leads to structural alterations in the visual system affecting the corneal epithelium, stroma and endothelium. These changes affect the corneal ability for light refraction and increase the eye vulnerability to infection. These aging changes of the cornea mainly include increased corneal epithelial permeability and gradually decreased corneal endothelial cell number leaving the cornea at risk for hypoxic stress.

In addition, irreversible age-induced endothelial cell loss affects the corneal hydration state. This leads to fluid accumulation and corneal edema losing the corneal transparency.

Also, age is contributed to diminished levels and composition of tears secretion by the lacrimal gland leading to loss of homeostasis of the ocular surface that induces tear film instability and hyperosmolarity, and finally inflammation of the ocular surfaces.

Grate an onion, then squeeze juice out using a clean, thin white cloth. Put two grams of onion juice and 2 grams of honey into a sterile dropper bottle. Put 2 drops into eyes 2 times per day. This is a very effective remedy for immature cataract. It resolves the already coagulated protein fibers as well as prevents further coagulation.

COVID and POST-COVID VACCINE SYNDROME

The World Council of Health, under the WHO (World Health Organization), issued recommendations for Long Covid and Post Covid-19 Vaccine Syndrome (pCoVS)- - which both manifest symptoms similar to chronic fatigue syndrome.

Remedies listed from the World Council of Health (plus suggested alternates):

· Vitamin C 500 mg twice daily (consume with foods high in Vitamin C)

· Vitamin D 4,000 IU per day (daily sun exposure, builds immune system)

· NAC 600 mg twice daily (consume with foods high in NAC like sunflower seeds and legumes)

· Ivermectin (or substitute the herb Sweet Annie- Artemisia annua)

· Quercetin 600 mg twice per day (fresh fruits and vegetables, capers, red onions, dark cherries, berries, and grapes are all high in Quercetin).

· Zinc 40 mg per day (consume with foods high in zinc i.e., pomegranate, raspberries, guavas, bilberry, legumes, corn and pumpkin seeds).

· Magnesium rich foods like spinach, pumpkin seeds, avocados, cashews, whole grains, legumes, raw cacao in hot water with honey.

· Aspirin (substitute with white willow bark)

· Antihistamines (try Brigham tea, or green tea)

· Steroids (substitute with licorice root powder).

· Melatonin 2-10 mg at bedtime (tryptophan is a precursor of melatonin and also sunlight penetrates the skin and stimulates the mitochondria in all the cells to produce melatonin)

· Spices, curcumin (turmeric), milk thistle, pine needles, dandelion, selfheal, neem  or Dr. Christopher’s VRL formula.

Even though a person has no energy, exercise was shown to reduce mortality by 27% at just 20 minutes three times per week.

The World Council for Health currently recognizes the following 8 categories of pCoVS complications (side effects):

Cardiac Complications: myocarditis, heart attack or heart failure, etc.

2.    Neurological Complications: memory loss, dementia, encephalitis, Parkinson’s Disease, Guillian Barre Syndrome, etc.

3.    Haematological Complications: blood clots, thrombocyteopenia, lymphoma, etc.

4.    Vascular Complications: thrombosis, stroke, pulmonary embolism

5.    Immune System Complications: autoimmune diseases, infections

6.    Reproductive Health Complications: adverse pregnancy outcomes, heavy periods, post-menopausal bleeding, infertility

7.    Cancer Complications: breast cancer, lymphoma, leukemia, brain cancer

8.    Congenital Complications: diseases/abnormalities present from birth

Doctors and scientists at the forefront of pCoIS research think that Covid-19 vaccine side effects may be caused by:

· The injected viral gene (nucleic acids), which gives our body the “recipe” to make the spike protein.

· The spike protein itself, and/or

· Other substances in the injection (adjuvants, excipients, or contaminants).
